The hotel was well priced with knowledgeable staff on night shift. the property had an excellent and ideal location near Levels. - Overall, it was new-fashioned and brand-new on the highest level.

Excellent location ..only 2 mins walk to Nana Skytrain station. Staff are excellent. Room is clean . Got an upgrade when I arrived but see problem later..Breakfast is usual Thai /american style but it keeps you going. Right next to a bar which is handy for a drink. Note non smoking hotel..2000baht fine if u have a puff...

Taxi's are a problem on Sukhumvit.. Lots of traffic so best get one to Soi 11 (opposite soi 8) and walk across the road. Room 507 overlooks Sukhunvit road and is VERY NOISY. Tried to move but they were full.. Ask for one that is away from the road..even if its smaller..its worth it to get some sleep. Note non smoking hotel..2000baht fine if u have a puff...

Inconsistency of the water temperture when taking the shower. We have to keep adjusting the Hot and Cold lever.Water either gets very cold or very hot.

The room was spacious with a large bathroom and good natural light, centrally located with a view and the Thai breakfast was delicious at the café.

Coffee shop is the nicest place of the hotel then the possibility of using a laptop to read or send your Emails

The customer should be notified in advance if the room has no window in this case it's no longer a room but a cupboard for sleeping and showering.

Ive enjoyed many visits to this hotel but always like to try different hotels to, but sure this is one of my favorite hotel cause its right in the heart of bangkok.

I never complain about this hotel cause its small, and value for money on the luxury side.

The place was fairly clean and pleasant. It had helpful staff on the night shift. It was well-equipped and great-sized in central Bangkok, good enough for shopping. The highlight was the brilliant food. The location was magnificent, at a short distance from a huge mall.

Great hotel for the money they charge. All new rooms, very clean, modern and comfortable. Just next to BTS metro station on one of the main streets, but very quiet with no noise getting from outside (perhaps due to no window in the room, but we did not care for a view). We found a great restaurant on one of nearby streets (SUK11). Hotel staff was extremely helpful and provided good advices, many thanks to them for that. Good breakfest as well in the cafe belonging to the hotel as well.

Good location! It's not near Nana station, it's t the station! Lots of stalls open late into the night. You'll never be hungry (if you don't mind the local hawker fare that is)! Helpful staff who went out of their way to look info up. I also liked the simple and modern decor. The hotel is also relatively new so everything was in a v good condition.

The cooked brekkie was rather disappointing. And the room is really, really small.

The double room here is perfect for a stay, in a great location near Arab Street with plenty of Middle Eastern dining options around.

the food is excellent and cheap. i have stayed in the twin/double room with a mini-fridge-bar, a kettle and climate control. very amiable and knowledgeable staff here on night shift. the location is convenient and near a train station. it provides good restaurant nearby.

Friendly staff and amazing service! the double room was just right, located in the heart of the action. the bathroom was spacious, which is a big plus. the fridge was cleverly hidden. They served tasty Thai breakfast 🍳.

Cheap food, overall good looking and great modern place.

Particularly good location, great restaurant. Busy area, 200 metres to Nana metro station. New-fashioned and tidy units with the refrigerator was concealed and big comfortable bed plus big bathroom.
